Flipkart SuperCoins Terms and Conditions

PRELIMINARY

“SuperCoins” is a feature introduced on the Flipkart.com website, Flipkart mobile app, and Flipkart mobile website (collectively referred to as the “Platform”) by Flipkart Internet Private Limited (“Flipkart”), the owner and operator of the Platform. These terms (“Terms”) are part of and subject to the Platform’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and other relevant documentation, including any modifications, alterations, or updates published on the Platform.

SUPER PARTNERS & ELIGIBLE ORDERS

To earn or use SuperCoins, you may transact on partner platforms including, but not limited to, Cleartrip, The Gameium, SBI Cards, etc. (“Super Partners”), play games, or participate in contests and offers that support the issuance and redemption of SuperCoins. Each transaction or participation on the Platform or with Super Partners is referred to as an “Eligible Order.” Each Super Partner will have its own terms and conditions for SuperCoin issuance and redemption.

Voucher-Earned SuperCoins

  • A SuperCoins voucher may be procured from our Super Partners’ portal, in exchange for and including but not limited to credit card reward points or debit card reward points or Super Partner reward points (“Partner Points”).
  • Such vouchers shall not have any monetary value and may only be utilised by you after proper verification of your Super Partner account with your Flipkart account.
  • The Partner Points as well as the SuperCoins voucher cannot be transferred from the main account to any other account and can only be used by the Flipkart account linked to the mobile number / email linked with the Super Partner account.
  • Flipkart reserves the right to ascertain the validity of a voucher and may deem it invalid/irreducible if acquired from unauthorized sources or through fraudulent means.

Exclusions

The following purchases are excluded from Eligible Order calculations and SuperCoin redemption:

  • Flipkart Gift Cards
  • Baby care products
  • Silver, Gold Coins/Bars and Gemstones
  • Milk & Curd below Rs 30
  • Tobacco products
  • Select products on Minutes & Grocery: Select Fruits & Vegetables, Rs. 9 Veggies, Select DBEFM (Dairy, Bread, Egg & Fresh Meat) below Rs. 30, Steal deal products which is dynamic in nature
  • Gift Vouchers (e.g., Malabar Gift Vouchers)
  • Black Membership
  • Flipkart-branded packaging materials
  • Purchases made on seller.flipkart.com

EXPIRY AND MERGING OF SUPERCOINS

  • Expiry: SuperCoins will expire after 6-months from the date in which they were credited to a user's account, unless specified otherwise. Expiry only starts once SuperCoins are credited.
  • Merging: SuperCoins from multiple accounts may be merged if Flipkart verifies that the accounts belong to the same individual. SuperCoins from unverified accounts or accounts not in your name cannot be merged.
  • Transfer: SuperCoins cannot be gifted or transferred. Any unauthorized transfer is void ab initio.

USAGE OF SUPERCOINS

General Usage

  • Neither SuperCoins, nor Partner Points, shall have any monetary value assigned to them.
  • SuperCoins cannot be converted to cash or used as cash equivalents, nor can they be used for purchases on the Platform in lieu of cash.
  • SuperCoins can be used across the Platform and Super Partners for special incentives and offers.
  • The specific SuperCoin offer or discount visibly presented on the Product Details Page shall constitute the final and ultimate source of truth.
  • Once used, SuperCoins will not be reversed.
  • Flipkart may share your SuperCoin details and registered phone number with Super Partners to facilitate usage.
  • SuperCoins accumulated on blacklisted accounts will be cancelled immediately.
  • SuperCoins hold no monetary value and are not eligible for compensation in case of loss.
  • Flipkart reserves the right to determine the number of SuperCoins that may be redeemed for a particular order.

Discounts with Voucher-Earned SuperCoins (FK Blue)

  • Voucher-earned SuperCoins can be used for discounts on specific categories on FK Blue (the whole selection outside of Flipkart Minutes & Flipkart Grocery).
  • Users will be able to use their entire SuperCoins balance on Flipkart 3 days after redeeming the voucher.

Platform Fee

Flipkart may, at its sole discretion, levy a platform fee of ₹10 per product if the cart value is less than the SuperCoin balance due to SuperCoin usage.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Flipkart reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or terminate the SuperCoins feature or these Terms at any time without prior notice.
  • “SuperCoins” is a promotional campaign and may not be construed as the issuance of any currency or instrument of monetary value.
  • By enrolling or providing your information, you consent to the processing of your data as per the Platform’s Terms and Privacy Policy.
  • Flipkart reserves the right to disqualify users from earning SuperCoins in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of laws.
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes resolved via arbitration in Bangalore, Karnataka.
  • Flipkart disclaims liability for any legal violations by users or damages arising from phishing attacks.
  • The aggregate liability of Flipkart for any claims shall at no point in time, exceed INR 1,000.
  • This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000.

Customers can also visit the Flipkart website at https://www.flipkart.com/pages/supercoins-tnc to agree and understand the terms and conditions with respect to the usage of the SuperCoins in their possession, as a result of SuperCoins vouchers being exchanged with Partner Points from our portal.
